The below information will guide you through the registration process and payment.

HOW TO REGISTER AS A RETURNING PLAYER

• If you are a returning player, please select Yes.
• Enter your Name, Birthday and Access Code. If you do not know your access code, click the link to retrieve your access code. This will verify you have a profile already in the system and send your access code to the email address you currently have on file. If you do not know what email address is on file, contact chesa@charlottetownringette.com 
• Click Submit Access Code and continue to fill out the form.
• Choose the program you wish to register.

• If you are unsure if you are returning or not, click the link to retrieve your access code, and enter your Name and Birthday of the registrant. If you do not have a profile in the system, you will receive an error message. Go back to the registration form and proceed as a new registrant.
• If your email address has changed and you either do not remember or no longer have access to the email address on file, please contact Chesa Morley to provide you with your access code. If you have any questions or problems with the online form contact Chesa at chesa@charlottetownringette.com 

• Goalies must be registered before the teams are drafted and registration fees must be paid in full prior to the due date
• Goalies in the U8 and U10 divsions may be eligible to receive a 100% rebate at the end of the year after playing a minimum of 50% of games throughout the year
• Goalies in the U12 to U19 divisions, who supply their own goalie equipment may be eligible to receive a 100% rebate at the end of year after playing a minimum of 75% of games and practices throughout the year who supply their own goalie equipment

• CHECK10 - Only use this coupon code if you are paying by e-transfer or cheque to receive an immediate $10 discount. (ONLY APPLIES IF PAYING BY E-TRANSFER OR CHEQUE) 
• FAMILY - Only use this coupon code for each family member registered IF you have multiple children registered from U8 through U19 divisions.  ($20 Discount) If also paying by e-transfer or cheque, you may combine coupon codes.

• CHECK10 - Only use this coupon code if you are paying by e-transfer or cheque to receive an immediate $10 discount. (ONLY APPLIES IF PAYING BY E-TRANSFER OR CHEQUE) also applies if paying by cash 
• FAMILY - Only use this coupon code for each family member registered IF you have multiple children registered from U8 through U19 divisions.  ($20 Discount) If also paying by e-transfer or cheque, you may combine coupon codes.

• DO NOT use coupon code "check10" if paying by credit card as this is only used for E-Transfer or Cheque payment options.  Pay by credit card directly on this form - select "Credit Card"
• IF you have multiple children registering  in the U8-U19 divisions, you may use coupon code "FAMILY"  

• Select the "OFFLINE" Payment option below
• Use Coupon Code "CHECK10" in COUPON CODE field and click on the "Submit Coupon Code" button.
• IF you have multiple children registering in the U8-U19 divisions, you may also use coupon code "FAMILY" in the above field. 
• Log into your online banking system and send an email money transfer for the full registration amount to registrar@charlottetownringette.com 
• Use password "ringette2019" and indicate in the e-transfer message your child(ren)'s name(s) for whom the money is registering

• Use Coupon Code "CHECK10" in the above field to update the below price.
• ​IF you have multiple children registering  in the U8-U19 divisions, you may also use coupon code "FAMILY" in the above field.

• Make the cheque payable to Charlottetown Ringette Association, indicate the child(ren)'s name(s) the payment is for, and mail it to:
