Ringette PEI Annual General Meeting and ADL Awards Ceremony

Ringette PEI is hosting its AGM and ADL Awards Ceremony on Saturday, May 4th, 2013 at 1:30pm at L'Ecole La-Belle-Cloche in Fortune.
Ringette PEI is hosting its AGM and ADL Awards Ceremony on Saturday, May 4th, 2013 at 1:30pm at L'Ecole La-Belle-Cloche in Fortune.
Everyone is invited to attend the Annual General Meeting and ADL Awards Ceremony.
The event will begin with the AGM starting at 1:30 pm. The awards will follow shortly after the meeting. A light luncheon will be served.
A request has been received that the current Bylaw:
11. Board of Directors Meetings
11.2 Fifty percent of the members eligible to attend Board of Directors Meetings shall consitute a quorum providing that at least three Executive Officers are included.
Be amend to:
11. Board of Directors Meeting
11.2 Fifty percent of the members eligible to attend Board of Directors Meetings shall constitue a quorum providing that at least two Executive Officers are included.

Over 80 nominations were received for the ADL Awards making a lot of difficult decisions for our volunteer awards selection committee. Certificates of Achievement will be awarded in 9 categories. The finalists are:
U10 Player of the Year: Georgia Fraser, Delaney Roche, Olivia Devine
U12 Player of the Year: Alex McMonagle, Audriana MacKay, Madison Fisher
U14 Player of the Year: Maddie Stewart, Brittney MacCormac, Kristina Vanneste
U16/U19 Player of the Year: Sidney Corrigan, Brynn VanWiechen, Melora MacInnis
Coach of the Year: Terry MacCormac, Yogi VanWiechen, Lynne MacPhee
Official of the Year: Judy Hennessey, Maddy MacDonald, Julie Grant
Volunteer of the Year: Jim Murphy, Mike James, Tracy Schurman
Team of the Year: U10 Montague Ring Pops, U14 Charlottetown Illusions, U16/U19 Charlottetown James
High Performance Team of the Year: U14 Provincial Team
All Ringette PEI players, coaches, officials, volunteers, and family members are invited to help us celebrate another successful season!
