2012-13 Ringette House League Season Begins Thursday - Schedule now online

U16U19 action starts Thursday in Montague and Charlottetown for the 2012-13 season - come cheer on our athletes!
On behalf of the Charlottetown Ringette Executive, I would like to welcome all members including parents, players, coaches, managers and officials to the 2012-13 season.
Over the past 3 weeks we have been practicing as an organization and getting game schedules as well as working on practice schedules for the season. In the last week, the coaches and executive have been working on the makeup of the teams for the 2012-13 season. The player draft has proven to effective over the past 5 years with balancing teams and extending ringette friendships to our larger community.
During the season, I hope we all meet new friends and help develop our sport in P.E.I. as well as spread the good news of our growing sport.
Charlottetown continues to be the single largest ringette association in Atlantic Canada with 305 members with 54 U8 - Thunder Bunnies this year building a solid foundation of ringette players for our future athletes.
The game schedule is now online and your team’s schedule can be found by visiting http://charlottetownringette.com , select your team name from the upper left menu, then click on Schedule for a calendar view month by month. As well, you can look at the Master Schedule for multiple teams for each team your athlete is playing on. If you have any questions on the game schedule, please connect with your team manager who will forward these to Jim Murphy, Charlottetown Ice Scheduler for review. The practice schedules from Nov 1 - Jan 10 will be published by Wednesday morning now that the game schedule is completed. Keep up to date with any schedule changes on the website and with your team manager as weather impacts the schedules from time to time throughout our season.
We are proud to continue our partnership with East Side Mario’s and have Ringette Night in Charlottetown every Wednesday night with 4 games being played at the CARI Complex. East Side Mario’s has not only financially supported Charlottetown Ringette but they will also be sponsoring the Player of the Week. This player will be randomly picked and will receive a $25.00 gift certificate for East Side Mario’s with their Player name and ringette background being display on our website for the week.
Looking forward to seeing everyone this fall and winter at the CARI Complex, the official home of Charlottetown Ringette Association.
