National Ringette School Camp - Summerside July 30-Aug 3

The National Ringette School has selected Summerside for a week long ringette camp.
The National Ringette School is hosting its inaugural camp in Summerside, Prince Edward Island. The 5-day camp will take place at The Plex, in Slemon Park, from July 30 to August 3, 2012. With a high energy group of talented and experienced instructors, like Jasmine Leblanc from the Atlantic Attack, participants will take part in a week they will always remember. On ice sessions will cover: skating techniques, such as agility, power and speed; ring skills, including hot-spot shooting, dekes and perfect passing; and offensive and defensive strategies. Off-ice sessions focus on: shooting, team building, mental toughness, strategies, fitness and recreation and more.
